Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Returned with proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt)
Please note that we do not accept returns for opened or used grooming products (such as hair gels, sprays, or aftershaves) for hygiene reasons.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@barberworld.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions and the return address.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Shipping
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
Returns must also be sent from within the UK.
